Trimark was retained by Polinger Shannon & Luchs Company to install new Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems during the renovation of Glen Lane Apartments located at 4949 Battery Lane in Bethesda, MD. Trimark will install new HVAC systems in each of the 108 apartment units on a rolling basis with residents remaining occupied in their apartment units during the renovation.
