What We Do

The Trimark Acquisitions and Finance Division, in collaboration with its strategic alliance of equity, debt and investment partners, actively participates in the acquisition, financing, development and repositioning of commercial real estate in major markets throughout the United States. Target Capital Placement

Our target capital placement, whether in the form of acquisition, debt financing, mezzanine financing, or equity contribution/joint venture, is between $25 and $75 million. However, we will consider investments as low as $3 million to amounts well over $100 million.
