Trimark's HVAC & Maintenance department is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Trimark employs a full-time, in-house engineering staff who are experienced, knowledgeable, conscientious and available.

Trimark’s engineering division is a 24x7 operation that is fully self-sufficient with vehicles, equipment, supplies, etc. Trimark’s engineering personnel are cross-trained in order to provide full support in the event of anyone’s absence.

New properties are toured and inspected by a team of engineers, who are each capable of intelligently and economically addressing any day-to-day maintenance or engineering issue. Trimark engineers can be dispatched almost instantly on a 24-hour-a-day basis.
